Resignation

     It’s hard to recall how I entered this company. Two years ago when the tea business didn’t go well, I remember I carried the Puer tea cake and the booth desk walk from the traditional market home. It weights tons to me and it’s a long way walk. Not only the heavy desk but also the responsibilities putting on shoulder. Besides dreaming of being a boss, I have to work. I can’t wait until I bankrupted. For me and the family, I need a job to balance my financial situation.

     That’s how I entered this company. When I sent the resume, I didn’t expect a lot of  finding a job with future there. The job is just to balance my financial situation and I will leave once we have enough money and better plan of career.  Since I’m the first MBA of this company, the boss really relied on me a lot. The first a half of year, he authorized me to arrange two international business show, the layout of the factory and the regulation system in this company.  I’m no doubt the right hand man of him there.  It’s far beyond my expectation of this job.

The company

     Two years passed, it’s too many things happened. I don’t believe I can abstract the whole stories in this blog turn to one paragraph. But, too much memories, it’s better leaving than stay.  I have many great memories in this town and this company. I also have many heartbroken stories during the two years, too. This is the last stronghold to connect the current me and the previous me. We chinese said “There isn’t a forever lasting banquet”. The resignation letter is my decision.

      After I gave my boss the resignation letter, my boss asked the research and development manager who just came to this company two months ago to have an emergency meeting. I’m sure I’m the topic of this meeting. From this scene, I seems saw the picture two years ago when I just came into this company. Suddenly, I found out, there is always right hand but there is no right hand man forever. I smiled and I felt I can sleep without feeling guilty tonight.
