The sunset

      One day before the solar eclipse.  The color is perfectly orange like it’s the last sunset it would be.  The bird didn’t know there will be a solar ecplise tomorrow and still went to enjoy playing water.  Everything is quiet and peaceful. I’m sure if Faust is here, he will ask this moment keeps forever.

        Based on the legend, if the couple is lucky enough to take a boat without any other customer in the ferry, the captain will bring them to the wondered land they wanted. The land is like a heaven on earth. No one knew if it’s true because no one back from the land. People said it’s because after you went there you will have no reason to go back.

        Based on the legend, the couple who walk along the path from the Guandu to Tamsui will get marry. It’s around 3 km road. You can see the most beautiful river in Northern Taiwan. You can find the fiddler crab and Mangrove one step aside you. You will see the view people called “The sunset in Tamsui”. In the old time, it has a great reputation that one of the seven great scenes in Taiwan. Definitely, the view is even more romantic than a cup of red wine that makes people drunk. There are more than thousands couple decided to being together after walking the path.

        The triangled shape, it’s fisherman harbor. Based on the legend, if the couple knew each other the last world, they will fall in love at the first sight there.  It’s also the destination of the tamsui river. After the harbor, the river water will turn to become sea water. It means the relationship will go to another stage, from the limited river to the unexpected ocean.

     Where will it end? Some people said to the wondered land  to have a happy ending. Some people said to an unexpected ocean after an unexpected ocean. Once you becomes a sea water, you fated to be a Gypsy roams around the world to the end of your day.  But, no one knows which is true because no one knew anyone back from the ocean. Maybe, they back, but no one can tell it’s the same river water they knew. Some people also said , maybe, it’s because the happy end story is too boring that nobody bothers to know how the story goes on.

        It’s dark. The sun sets. It will have a big show waits for him tomorrow. Apollo is wondering today. He said “I shows you people the beautiful sunset everyday. But, you’re just looking for my eclipse. Is the sunset not pretty enough for you?  Isn’t my sunset  prettier than the endless darkness?  Why? ” He starts to think why he needs to work so hard if people think the world is prettier without him.

      Maybe, he will just walk away tomorrow if people likes the dark solar eclipse than the orange sunset. However, maybe after the eclipse, he still will give people the beautiful sunset everyday. Why? Because he’s Apollo.
