When I was in Angkor Wat, I keep on thinking about this question. If the Angkor Wat era was the Utopia era in the Cambodian history, why does the Cambodian end it? No matter whether you’re a good or bad guys, everyone is looking for the perfect world. In many religions, to wait for the perfect world down to the earth is the sweetest wish in the world and the only reason people comes here. But, if that’s what people wants, why the cambodian perfect world only left thousands pieces of rocks in the forest and the grieves among the Cambodians.

About the perfect world, it definitely isn’t the priviliage of the cambodian. The “Golden age legend” in greece. “The three emperors and five kings” in China. “The Solomon king’s era” in Israeli history. However, none of them exists. Maybe, there isn’t flower blooming forever. There isn’t an empire will last to the end of the world. Fine. But why? Does people think they’ve never lucky enough to live in the perfect world? So, they prefferred walked away when they’re in the perfect world. Does people too gready to think that there will be a better perfect world than the one they have? Therefore, they preffered break the peace to have the better one. Or, maybe it’s just some people’s perfect world but the other’s world of the nightmare. Maybe, there were never a perfect world in the world yet. It’s just the story the parents made for the good sleep of their kids.

When I was in Greece, I looked at the Parthenon. I thinked about Athena and the golden age. When will the beautiful time come back to the earth again? I prayed in my mind and said “please inspired your humble servant and gave him a nice dream of the picture where you are. However, I had a nice dream but not any prediction from Athena.

After the road I took last year, I can see the gray eyes Athena smiled at me coldly when everytime I closed my eyes and said:
“Silly. I will permanently and beautifully live in your memory. Don’t bother to wake me up. Thing changes. We’re all different. I silently slept in your lovely dreams where I embraces you and sense your breath. The old time won’t back. I won’t back either. “
